About Elizabeth Bastoni
Elizabeth Bastoni is an executive coach who helps successful leaders and their teams achieve positive, long-term change in behavior. Her more than 25 yeas of experience as a manager, C-Suite executive, Board member and entrepreneur makes Elizabeth a sought after executive coach and advisor. Her style is direct, pragmatic, and designed to deliver results. She specializes in family controlled/publicly traded firms.
When not coaching, Mrs. Bastoni is an active Board and Committee Chair. She currently is President of the Remuneration Committee for Jeronimo Martins (Lisbon) and President of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee for Bic (Paris). She previously served as Chair of the Compensation Committees for Carlson Wagonlit Travel (Paris) and The Rezidor Hotel Group (Stockholm). Elizabeth is also a member of Board the Pacific Northwest Chapter of NACD.
Elizabeth has held a variety of leadership roles. Currently, she is founder and owner of Choukette - Eclair'art, headquartered in Seattle. Prior to that, she was Chief HR Officer for BMGI, an investment management firm based in Kirkland, WA. Before joining BMGI, Elizabeth was CHRO and Communications Officer for Carlson, a family owned global leader in travel and hospitality. Elizabeth has also held leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company, Thales and KPMG.
Elizabeth holds a B.A. degree with a concentration in Accounting from Providence College, RI. She has a degree from Paris Sorbonne University in French Civilization and studied Art History at the Ecole du Louvre in Paris. Fluent in French and English, Elizabeth lived and worked in Paris, France for 18 years and now lives in Seattle, WA with her husband.
