About Chris Euritt
Chris is a consultant, whose main focus is on leadership and career coaching. She spent over 25 years leading human resources organizations for Fortune 100 companies, in the consumer products, pharmaceutical and biotech industries. During the course of her career, she specialized in executive compensation, designed and developed leadership development programs, managed the top tier talent of global leaders, led HR organizations, worked across numerous cultures and personally coached executives.
Prior to consulting, she held the position of Vice President, Human Resources for Warner-Lambert’s Parke-Davis Global R&D organization, whereby she was instrumental in creating a workplace culture characterized by strong leadership and employee development. Her influence enabled the R&D Division to implement a widely successful leadership development program, partnered with the University of Michigan.
She began her human resources career, first spending 17 years with Nestle Foods Corporation where she participated in, and led, projects including organizational design, labor contract negotiations and a major Nestle USA consolidation. From there, Chris served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Tambrands, Inc., International Group, concentrating her efforts on emerging markets and building strong leadership teams in both Russia and Ukraine.
Chris earned her B.B.A. from Pace University in New York. She splits her time between Chicago and Ann Arbor, where she is active in the community and volunteers her spare time on women’s issues, education, mentoring students, as well as mentoring youth transitioning from foster care.
